A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is required for orders below £100 or if required in less than 6 weeks. Goods will only be despatched when the final balance has been paid.

Once the order has been dispatched, KizzyCatCards will accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Items will be sent
either Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier, depending on the size and weight of item. The standard delivery charge quoted is applied to all orders. However for heavy-weight orders this may vary. The delivery charge applies to
UK mainland destinations only. International pricing should be confirmed before ordering. Orders require a signature on delivery.

Proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. KizzyCatCards cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the final sample has been approved. Check all details of the proof, advise of any amendments and confirm acceptance.

KizzyCatCards cannot be held responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns used in the Order of Service. This is for the client's discretion.

In the event of an order being cancelled, all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
If the order is partially cancelled, with a large number of quantities being reduced, 10% of the initial balance will be charged as a partial cancellation fee.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Your deposit secures the price of items ordered at the time of ordering.

As all stationery is handmade, slight variations may occur between each item and any samples previously supplied.

All orders are subject to material availability, if KizzyCatCards experience difficulities in supply, you will be informed and
a similar item of the same quality will be offered.

All stationery will have www.kizzycatcards.com on the back of each item.
